RUDRAKSHA (THE DIVINE SEED) This is the best among all other Rudraksha seed.

This is the mother of all other forms of Rudraksha. These gives all the worldly

pleasures and then helps one attain perfection in after life. It is said that

where one faced Rudraksha is worshipped, that place is always full of riches

and goddess Lakshmi has special grace on such places are destroyed. This is the

symbol of lord Rudra. It bestows all prosperity on the devotees. Such a

Rudraksha is obtained by the grace of Lord Rudra only.METHOD OF ITS WORSHIP On

the Eights day of the month of Chaitra Shukla Paksha (as per hindu calendar)

which falls around 27th of March every year, this Rudraksha is worshipped by

offering 108 red coloured flowers. An oil lamp should be lit and essenses

should be

burnt. The Rudraksha should be smeared with the paste of Sandalwood and camphor.

During the worship the Rudraksha should be smeared with these repeatedly. Each

of 108 flower should be offered while chanting the mantra given below. This

worship should be repeated on Diwali day, once again. The Rudraksha should be

kept in some safe box or it should be worn by ones person. This should be worn

in red coloured yarn or on a golden chain.SHREE GAUTAM GANAPATI JI KO NAMAH

||OM HREEM SHREEM KLEEM EKAMUKHAYA BHAGAVATE ANURUPAYA ||SARVAYUGESHWARAYA

TRAILOKYA MATHAYA, ||SARVAKAMA PHALAM PRADAYA NAMAH. || The meaning of this

mantra is : My salutatins to the god of various groups (ganas). My salutations

to that supreme being (OM) who is the bestower of all auspiciousness (Hreem),

renown (Shreem) and wealth (Kleem). I salute the god having one face, who is

the lord of all the times and of all the beings. Saultations of the lord of all

three worlds who is the

giver of all the pleasures and enjoyments.THE MANTRA FOR WEARING ONE FACED

RUDRAKSHAThose who wear one faced Rudraksha on their person the following

mantra should be recited 108 times daily with devotion and punctuality.OM RUDRA

EK VAKTRASYA ||OM HREEM NAMAH || 'Salutations to that supreme lord (OM) who has

one face. Salutations to that lord who is giver of all the auspicious fruits.

The wearer of one faced Rudraksha gets amazing grace. He is able to attain the

highest state of spirituality with ease. This is the unending source of health,

wealth and mental peace. One who worsips the one faced Rudraksha verily attain

these.TWO FACED RUDRAKSHATwo faced Rudraksha signifies lord Rudra and his

consort Parvati. Vaishanavas regard it as the symbol of lord Vishnu. Thus it is

regarded as sacred by both the sects, the Vaishnavaites and the Shaivates. The

wearer of this Rudraksha gets all his desires fulfilled and he also

attains the peace of mind. This also helps in meditation and attainment of

spiritual merit becomes easier, if one wears it. It is said that if worn by

pregnant ladies it ensures painless delivery without complications. Patient

sufferings from sleeplessness and nightmares also get relief by putting a bead

of this Rudraksha under their pillow. Such a person also remain free from the

harmful influences of evil spirits. If it is difficult to obtain two faced

Rudraksha then a few beads of other types of Rudraksha can also be used. This

Rudraksha destroys sins and helps wearer reach the heaven.THE MANTRA FOR

WEARING ITOM KHAM DVI VAKTRASYS, ||OM SHREM HREEM KSHOUMA UVEERM OM. || It

means, salutations to that two faced supreme God, by whose grace the difficult

merits of tantra are obtained easily. That who leads us on the path of well

being, saves us from sins and grants us prosperity, is also worshipped by us.

We salute him and his consort.'KHAM'

is regarded as alluding to the divine. Kalpa Vriksha which fulfills all desires

of the seeker. It is very desirable that Kham be pronounced again and again.

The more we say is the better of results it gives. It is essential to pronounce

other roots of the mantra. It worshipped with denotion and punctuality, this

grants merits in tantra, well beings, saves from sins and causes

prosperity.THREE FACED RUDRAKSHA Three faced Rudraksha symbolises lord Agni the

fire god. This destroys ill luck, if orn regularly. It bestows health, wealth

and knowledge too. If a rosary made of 108 time (meru) beads is worn, it causes

sins of even earlier births to be destroyed. One obtains health and one becomes

free from diseases, killing of Brahman, woman and other grace sins are

destroyed by wearing a rosary of three faced Rudraksha.All the merits obtained

from the worship of fire god, are attained by wearing a rosary of three faced

Rudraksha. The wearer becomes free from al

diseases and he becomes like a true brahmin. He enemies are vanquished. He does

not suffer any loss from fire. He is also protected from arms and weapons.THE

MANTRA FOR WEARING ITThe rosary should be kept in hand and after reciting the

following mantra for 108 times the rosary should be worn.OM AM BAM

TRAIVAKTRASYA ||OM RAIM HUM HEEM HOOM OM. ||It means, Salutations to the three

faced supreme lord, who is the centre of all the mantras (OM), who saves us

from all disasters. Salutations to him and to the supreme mother goddess, who

destroy envy, below knowledge and prosperity and are the most sacred and the

embodiment of the ultimate knowledge.FOUR-FACED RUDRAKSHAThis symbolises lord

Brahma. If the Rudraksha is boiled in milk and that milk is taken for 20 days.

It gives knowledge and clarity of mind, it is said by wearing it, the ill evil

thoughts arising in ones mind are destroyed. This Rudraksha is especially

important for

the students and scholars. All types of learning become easier to the wearer of

this Rudraksha. Such a person gains deep insight and perceives the secrets of

religion easily. Lord Rudra is very much pleased with its wearer.THE MANTRA FOR

WEARING ITOM HREEM CHATURVAKTRASYA ||OM VAM KAM THAM HAM EE ||It means,

"Salutations to the four faced supreme being who pervades the space, who

bestows prosperity on us, who gives pleasures, who gives happiness and who

gives knowledge."FIVE-FACED RUDRAKSHAAll five Brahmas are pleased with the

devotee who wears this Rudrakshs. Lord Rudra also give success in all the

efforts made by such a devotee. Diseases do not come near the wearer of it. One

who wears these five faced Rudraksha obtains all kind of riches and prosperity.

Persons suffering from high blood pressure get relief by wearing these but one

should select them very carefully, or better they take the help of experts. It

helps in diseases

pertaining to lungs, heart and blood.THE MANTRA FOR WEARING IT OM HRAM PANCHA

VAKTRASYA ||OM HREEM AAM KSHAMYOM SWAHA || The meaning of this mantra is

salutations to the supreme lord who has five faces and who fulfills all our

desires. I bow to the supreme lord who grants auspiciousness, bestows wealth

and fame, protects us and gives us happiness and which leads us towards peace

in the end.SIX FACED RUDRAKSHA This is regarded as the symbol of Kartikeya, the

six faced son of lord Rudra and moher Sharada. He is the younger brother of lord

Ganesha. Men should wear this Rudraksha is the right hand and woman should wear

in the left hand. This confers knowledge of the very highest kind. This helps

women in diseases like hysteria and other mental illness. Those interested in

tantra also gets benefit by it. It also helps students and businessmen. This

keeps one away from dear to mother Sharda.THE MANTRA FOR WEARING ITOM HROOM

SHADA VASTRASYA ||OM HREEM SHREEM KLEEM SHOWN YAM || It means: I salute to that

six faced lord who gives us knowledge salutations to him who is auspicious who

grants us wealth and fame, who purifies us and who protects us.SEVEN FACED

RUDRAKSHS This Rudrakshs symbolises the seven great rishis. Wearer of this gets

wealth, fame and spiritual knowledge. IT is said that poverty and wants never

touch its wearer. According to the Vaishnava traditions, it represents Avanta

(Shesha), the king of serpents. Each face represents one great serpent. These

serpents are Anantha, Kakata, Pundarika, takshak, Visholban, Karisha and

shankhachuda. These very powerful serpents live in each face. Snakes never

harass the wearer of this Rudraksha. The lord of serpents, Shiva has special

grace on the wearer. Due to grace of lord Shiva such a person is not affected

by sins. Such a person gets all the merits befitting goals.THE MANTRA FOR

WEARING ITThe

following mantra should be recited 550 times before wearing itOM HRA SAPTA

VAKTRASYA |OM HRAM KREEM HREEM SHAOM ||It means: Salutations to that seven

faced supreme lord who fulfill our desires, who bestows pleasures upon us, who

is auspicious and who purifies us. Salutations to the lord who has seven faces

and who grants us wealth and prosperity. EIGHT FACED RUDRAKSHA This Rudraksha

is said to represent lord Ganesha. The elephant headed benign god, the son of

lord Shiva and Parvati has special grace on the wearer of this Rudraksha. By

wearing it on one’s person all the pleasures increase and all the

difficulties diminish. This is espeCIALLY USED IN WORSHIP AND RITUALS. Wearers

of this get long life and they become truthful. Such a person is born free of

diseases, wise and knowledgeable any obstacle in his tasks. Such persons have

special ability and talent in studies. They shall remain away from sin.THE

MANTRA FOR WEARING

IT OM KAM ASTA VAKTRASYA ||OM HRAM GREEM LAM AM SHREE ||It means: We salute the

eight faced supreme god who grants us peace (Kam). Also salutations to the god

who grants us fulfillment of all our desires (hram), he who helps us in

accumulation of wealth (Greem), who produces six drive within us, who gives

pleasures for us to enjoy. Shree is used here to denote the lord and to offer

him salutations once again. Shree is used to indicate the name of the supreme

being who pervade the universe.NINE FACED RUDRAKSHA This Rudraksha jointly

represents Bhairava yama (lord of death) and sage Kapila. This is usually worn

in left hand during the sacred occasion of Navratri to obtain blessings of

mother goddess Durga. Mother Durga is the bestower of wealth, prosperity,

pleasures of family life and also she grants the boon for fulfilling all

one’s desires. Those who wear it also obtain grace of Bhairava. They are

benefitted by the power of Bhairava. He

obtains honour like the king of gods Indra and he also gets boon from lord

Ganesha.THE MANTRA FOR WEARING ITOM JOOM NAVA-VAK-THRASYA ||OM HREEM VAM YAM

RUM LAM. || The meaning of this mantra is: We salute the nine face supreme lord

he leads us on the path of righteousness who bestows riches upon us, who gives

us protection, who destroys the envy and covetousness in our hearts, who

generates desires for sex within our hearts.TEN FACED RUDRAKSHA This Rudraksha

represents lord Vishnu. The wearer of this Rudrakshs remains free of all the

evil effects on inauspicious planets and all other evil spirits This Rudraksha

is helpful in all respiratory diseases if taken with milk in parts form. This

is very helpful in chronic cough and asthama. THE MANTRA FOR WEARING IT The

rosary of Rudraksha beads should be taken in hands. Thereafter the following

mants should be recited 108 times then it should be worn. This should be worn

in neck.OM AKSHAM DASH VAKTRASYA ||OM SHREEM HREEM KLEEM GREEM OM || The meaning

of the mantra is: We salute the ten faced supreme being,who gives us prosperity,

Also salutations to the lord who is the giver of wealth and prosperity to us and

who is also of that wealth and prosperity. We salute the supreme being who is

the destroyer of the inauspiciousness and who is the bestower of peace, and who

guides us to the path of virtuousness.ELEVEN FACED RUDRAKSHS This is the symbol

of Indra, the lord of the gods. It has combined powers of eleven gods stored

within. This shouls be kept in a safe place of worship or with the jewellery

etc or in a safe box. This enhances the wealth and prosperity. This grants long

life to the husbands of the wearers. This helps in getting desired son or

daughter, also one gets the love and affection of the desired person by its

grace. It is believed that eleven Rudras live in its eleven faces. This should

always be

worn at the top of the head. This s capable of giving instant results. Its

wearer get the merits of one thousand horse sacrifices and gifts of one

thousand cows to the brahmins. Such a person lives in this world like lord

Shiva and he is not born again.THE MANTRA FOR WEARING ITOM SHREEM EKADASH

VAKTRASYA ||OM RAM MAM YAM OM || The meaning of the mantra is we salute the

eleven faced supreme who is the form of peace. Salutations to the supreme and

to the mother goddess who destroy envy and contuses from our hearts who grant

us happiness and who protect us.TWELVE FACED RUDRAKSHA This also symbolises

lord Vishnu. Sun god is always kind to the wearer of this Rudraksha, such a

person always enjoys wealth, prosperity and worldly pleasures. All twelve

ADITYAS are said to be having their abodes in each of twelve faces. The wearer

obtains the merits of gifting the cows. Such is person is protected again. All

kinds of arms and weapons and he does

not come to any harm through fire. He is free from diseases and sickness. He

enjoys great wealth and happiness. He becomes free of all the sins.THE MANTRA

FOR WEARING ITBefore wearing the rosary of this Rudraksha, the following mantra

should be recited 1008 times, while keeping the rosary in hands. Only after

reciting the mantras, the rosary should be worn.OM HREEM DVADASH VAKTRASYA ||OM

SHREEM DHRUNI SHREEM || The meaning of the mantra is: I salute to the twelve

faced supreme lord, who is the bestower of all auspicious and noble gifts to

us. Also salutations to the lord who gives us peace, tranquility and all the

fruits for own well being and also who controls our anger.THIRTEEN FACED

RUDRAKSHA This Rudraksha signifies Vishvadevas. The wearer of this rudraksha

obtains all the pleasures of this world. It is an extremely auspicious

happening of one wear a thirteen faced Rudraksha. This fulfills all the desires

of the wearer

and it brings good luck to him. Such a person remains away from sinful deeds and

thoughts. All his worldly desires are fulfilled.THE MANTRA FOR WEARING IT It is

proper to take the Rudraksha is hand first and then the following mantra should

be recited 432 times. Thereafter it should be worn in neck.OM KSHOM

TRAYO-DASA-VAK-TRASYA ||OM EE YAM APA OM ||The meaning of the mantra is: We

salute to the supreme being who has thirteenm faces who gives peace to us.

Salutations to that lord of all beings, who leads us to the path of righteous

conduct and who provides safety and security for us.FOURTEEN FACED RUDRAKSHA

This Rudraksha symbolises lord Shiva and also lord Hanuman. This is helpful in

many diseases. This enhances all the pleasures of life and if worn on the arms

or on the top of the head, such a wearer is honoured by gods even.THE MANTRA

FOR WEARING IT OM NAM CHATURDASH VAKTRASYS ||OM PHAON SPHE KHAPHARE

HRIVTRON HRMSAPHRE || The meaning of the mantra is we salute to the supreme lord

who has fourteen faces and who gives pleasures to us. We also salute to the lord

who grants us peace, wealth, fulfills our desires, makes us victorious against

our enemies and ultimately grants us moksha. The importance of Rudraksha cannot

be over emphasized. Since it has become associated with lord Shiva it has

acquired tremendous sacredness. One who worships it in accordance with the

procedures described above verily attains to all the pleasure of this world and

of the world to come.
