We think the five pranas (Prana, Apana, Udana, Samana and Vyana) are protecting this body. But it is Truth, Right conduct, Love, Peace and Non-violence which give real happiness to the body. These are the real `pancha pranas'. In no circumstance should these vital principles be departed from or given up.
