not palatable at all and I left the restaurant with a heavy heart. I was

wondering this is the world we live in where our feelings ,thoughts ,beauty

,bliss and joy are interpreted differently- where trust doesn't exist at all

everything is termed as superficial- in organisation we find politics - aura of

jealousy is so rampant that peole get cushed in every aspects be it singing

,playing instruments and their talents fades away in the oblivion(myself was a

victim),every where you will find the aura of power ,greed and

jealousness.....As I was lost in deep thoughts more thoughts started to pour

out and I said - our Sai devotees and Swamis students must not change ,

whatever picture one carries about us we must try to hold to utmost level as

they will see Sai reflections in us.This world is superficial with all

groestque images and people but we as Sai devotees must not let down our

beloved Sai and we must not carry double

face as Swami said that there are three "yous" One who thinks who you

are",other's think who you are, and the one you really are"- I thought more

-that we as Sai devotees have a gigantic task where we can build this trust so

that people doesn't have different notion about mankind. I started with so

bitterness but my thoughts took a positve turn as if in my end is my beginning

as TS Elliot said -"We shall not cease from exploration and the object of all

our exploration will be to find where we started and know the place for the

first time".I thought that in spite of humans degrading nature and perverse

minds Swami will come back again on this planet earth where it reminds me of

Tagore poem where he says that every child born on this planet earth it proves

that God is not dissapointed with mankind. Let world be prosperous and mankind

be Happy. Sai Ram At the feet of Sai Soumendra

Om Jai Sri Sai Raam,

Brother Soumendra....Embodiment of Divine Love.

I totally understand your POV....this world is indeed VERY superficial. The

trust has been gone. Just like in a relationship if trust is gone then

everything else is lost. The trust of life and the world has been snatched from

us. Our thoughts have to be so trimmed and curbed when we are on the outer

world, just as you were in the restaurant.

The belief for pure actions, pure thoughts, pure words and pure deeds are not

part of our vocabulary anymore....

You know brother Soumendra, this question is often asked...."What is pure love?

Is there anything like that anymore? It is definitely complex and powerful. It

confuses many people for love is a spiritual phenomenon in this material world

we reside in. I came across an article one time, where it says, As "White

Knight" says: "On Earth, no one knows what Love is. All we see and know is the

effect of selfish love." The concept as Swami mentions in many of his divine

discourses that this cannot be defined or confined in merely the physical

realm. Which is why love seems to defy description. However, this physical

realm is where we experience love's effects. And that part can be described.

Love is a continuum, but like the seven official colors in the rainbow, I've

separated it, in my mind, into a few distinct concepts.

And as Sri Mahatma Gandhiji has said, " A coward is incapable of exhibiting

love. It is the prerogative of the brave!"

Perhaps one day, the divine love that we have in us will reflect so brightly in

our eyes that it will be easily recognizable!!!!

The world has lost the essence of the pure values that we are struggling to

regain...Love itself is pure. Our human experience with it, however, is

practically never completely pure as people misinterpret it. " Love hurts,"

some say. It can be painful BUT LOVE DOES NOT CAUSE HARM. Love is divine.

That is why Swami is here with us now, he is here to remove all these obstacles

and negative thoughts in everyone. The world has to be trusting again, and with

Swami's grace and blessings it will happen. Nothing is impossible. But don't

feel depressed about the situation take it as a lesson as Swami says, "we

should take the good and bad with the same breath".

May Swami bless us all and guide us to become love itself and realize this world

is not just a passing phase but a pasture of love. Nothing can remove the

laughter of love in our hearts.

I offer my most humble pranaams at the lotus feet of my beloved Lord Sai,

Embodiment of the Purest Love.
