futile. When the Divine is omnipresent, it is foolish for man to search for God

in some particular place. Hence the goal of man is the realization of his

divinity. This realization must come through the Vedantic process of exclusion

"Nethi, nethi" ("not this, not this"). One must assert "I am not the body. I am

not the intellect. I am not the Will. I am not the Antahkarana, the inner

instrument. All these are merely my instruments". Man should realize: "I am the

Master of all of them." When by this process of elimination man realizes his

true Self, he is freed from sorrow.- Baba Thought for the day as written at
