Guest guest
Dear Brothers and Sisters and Elders, To morrow, for Maha Shivratree, we are distributing 'Prasad' to all the pilgrims who are coming back from the Ganga Taloa.Incidentally, we don't say 'Prasad' in Mauritius but 'Mohan Bhog'. 'Mohan Bhog', derived from the Bhojpuri dailect of our ancestors, literally means the 'FOOD FOR MOHANA(KRSNA)'. It is basically a pudding of grilled white flour or semolina , sugar, milk, water, raisins, cardamons and anis seeds. It consists of all the components of a basic, simple and mostly, spiritual meal. It is first offered to God, then to devotees and friends. I seize this opportunity to wish you all and our Webmaster and Moderators HAPPY HAPPY MAHA SHIVRATREE AUM NAMASHIVAYA! AUM SAISHIVAYA! at the lotus feet of SAI anita
