I know exactly what Ranavat is talking about. I have also gone through

similar kind of experiences where all the person was required to do was to

give the order and I would have obtained the job. However, it was not done.

Initially, I felt cheated. I then realised that Swami wanted me to learn a

lesson. The first one was to realise that we should not have blind faith in

someone just because he/she is a Sai devotee. We think that if the person is

a Sai devotee, he rises above the rest of the world and is Swami already or

at least follows ALL of Swami's teachings. I realised that if I am not able

to follow ALL of Swami's teachings, how can I expect someone else to do it.

Hence, no judgement, no blames, no reproaches. Just accept the person the

way he /she is. The second lesson I learnt was: Why beg from the beggar? The

king is giving whatever you want. He has given something to a beggar and

then I go and ask the beggar to give me a little bit. Why should I do that?

Why can't I go straight to the King of Kings who is the giver of everything?

Why can't I ask Him to give me what I want - be it a job or money or

anything else? He will not go around telling people that He has helped me

whereas if by chance the beggar helps, he will tell the whole world how

great he is and that he helped me. Now that I learnt my lesson, I am not

unhappy with these people.

his devotees. All the negativity that floats around his true devotees is to

stand like a beacon of light in the midst of darkness and let not the light

flicker by the practice of Sradha and Saaburi. All these experiences teach an

individual how to stay still in the sea of samsaara when the storms rip the

boat. Ultimate goal of realizing HIM internally can not be lost. Spirituality

is an Individual attainment and is an internal asset that needs to come out

through practice and precept In loving service of Swami in many Meena

sairam.

I have one thought. Those who are in Spiritual path

have to realise that spirituality is not for material

gains. Expecting some thing from a Sai devotee is also

form a desire and it has the same pitfalls of all the

desires.

I agree with Arunji that every thing is done as per

Swami's will and there is no need to blame anay body

especially the one whom we asked for help.

sairam,

Rajasekhar

would rather prefer to discuss less of personal

gains/ losses and dwell more in the bliss(though all

of us have problems and difficulties) as Swami says,

that Samsara is fullof dispappointments and troubles.
