But, in difficult situations, you can develop sufficient cleverness to keep silent, instead of telling either a truth or an untruth. If you tell the truth, tell it kindly and sweetly. Do not tell truth in an unclear way, or tell an untruth in order to be kind. Whenever a difficult, testing time arises, you should learn how to avoid compromising situations, without ever telling an untruth. There may be times when you will have to be very careful.
