established in the heart. When this is done, one sees the entire universe as a

manifestation of the Divine. The universe must be considered as the temple of

God. One must realize that the five elements - space, air, fire, water and

earth, the five Pranas (vital breaths), the five sense organs, the mind and

speech, all these have emanated from the Brahman. This beautiful nature with

its lofty mountains, the vast oceans, the stars in the sky, the sweet fragrance

of flowers must be regarded as proclaiming the glory and power of the Divine.-
