come to attend Swami's 80th birthday and then you realize that He is the magnet

pulling people from all over the world- The Pipe Piper of Parthi with His

Divine flute drawing people- infants,kids,youths,students,married couples,aged

all rejoicing and trodding towards Parthi. Darshan of our beloved Swami in

the morning- my first Darshan waiting for His arrival and when you hear the

chanting of Vedas with full throttle from the students at that very moment yu

see Swami approaching in His car windows rolled up but still you can see

Swami.Swami seated at the front beside the driver and with chanting of the

vedas it is really electrifying and whole atmospehere became surcharged with

divine vibrations- did you see Lord walking no - no - with tears -gone are

those days where you could see His majestic walk collecting letters from

devotees that is in the past but Swami said look at present now what do you

see? Swami;s car

goes up to the verandah and then with the help of students He comes out from the

car ,the seat which is detachable- you see Swami sitting in the verandah giving

His divine Darshan. Lord will yu not walk again for the multitudes- Oh we

took everything as granted and now you see His divine play- outside you see

Parthi with all modernisation quite a leap from remote village to ultra modern

town with all modern ameneties- Airport, hospitals,posh hotels,thriving

business but at the same time you see Swami keeping Himself a distance with all

this progress. Inside Prasanti Nilayam yoou see shopping complex for the

convenience of the devotes then there is food court where you get Pizza's,ice

cream ,cool drink's all for the devotees- great so much Love for His devotees

as Swami said -" Love is expansion" Prior to ladies day I witnessed Swami

organising mass marriages with all paraphernalia and then He

went around (seated in the chair) giving blessings to the married couples- I was

inside and monitor was installed for all devotees to witness but when I see the

difference as I was very fortunate to have close view of Swami-what do I see ?

I see the same aura with all Tejas and on the TV screen His looks are

different- see the contrast but with naked eye He is the same Swami with all

divine glow - His hair , His face OH just our same beautiful Baba- married

couples were blessed with all household gifts-80 of them including good brand

watches for the grooms- simplly Love pouring at them - mind you these are all

poor village people who dont have money for marriages- Swami with His infinite

Love blessed them all, at that very moment I prayed intensely to our beloved

lord for whole mankind including for our sister's and brother's of our sai

group ( beautiful people) Ladies day I heard His discourse and He narrated

some incidents of mother Eswaramma

and after the discourse He tried to walk but with all support from the students-

here from the devotees side where we were sitting they cried out and said "see

He has all pain but still He is trying to walk just to please us-" I couldn't

control myself, tears just poured out -(Swami please come back to your normal

self).After the discourse Swami blessed us all with divine prasad- oh how

neatly it was packed with His message embossed" Love all Serve all". The most

expectant day Nov 23rd Swami's birthday - venue was in Hillview stadium- Swami

came round about 8.00 am in the morning with dense clouds as it was raining

from 22nd Nov and when Swami came it was drizzling.We all saw Swami came in His

car and the top of the car was open students were holding umbrella for the lord

and we can hear bursting of crackers the whole atmosphere utterly divine you

could see Swami on big screens too.On reaching the stage, Swami gets out of the

car and walks onto the

lift. The lift goes up and Bhagawan goes walking onto the stage. All this while

a melodious song is being played on the system…... 'Ananda Baraso Hey Managala

Mayee...'…It reverberates in the entire stadium. Hundreds of balloons burst

into the sky. The curtain on the stage is yet closed and after a while the

screen rolls up. Suddenly the stage comes into our view. Exquisitely decorated

with bunches and bunches of colourful flowers, it houses a huge Silver Throne

at the centre. On the throne is seated the Lord of the Universe in all His

Glory! At that very moment I witnessed my hair raising what did I see- I saw

clouds dispersed from eastern side and you could see Sun coming out as if the

clouds just parted to have darshan of Swami- seeing is believing brother's and

sister's I saw exactly- when Swami sat on the throne that very moment Sun came

out as if someone just cleared the clouds to let Sun god to have Swami's

darshan. The sky clears and the Sun God makes a

special appearance, literally touching the Lotus Feet of Bhagawan. Another song

starts playing on the speakers. The whole place is flooded with the warmth of

the sun. Hardly a few minutes pass and the sun vanishes as though it had

never come out at all. Devotees were ecstatic and they all said how fortunate

we are- one devotee who was from Nepal said- Swami told their group if they

maintain - unity ,purity and divintiy in the organisation He himself will be

completely cured-this is what I heard on that auspicious day.When the function

was over it took me 45 minutes to reach Ganesh gate starting from Hill view

stadium ,whereever you see you see sea of people- mammoth crowd just

unexplainable - people all around floods of people- In the evenig I witnessed

Swami from close view with all musical programmes- Ustad Amjad Ali khan,Pandit

Shiv Sharma all of it ,it was feast for the eyes- first time I witnessed

bursting of crackers wide range of

crackers with all music as if sky declaring all the glories of the Lord Sree

Sathys Sai. All I can say that whole world is in His palm as I witnessed in

Parthi , mother nature just obey's His command . I was fortunate to attend His

birthday which I will cherish forever( 80th birthday)> Pardon me to narrate so

much as it just flowed which I couldn't resist as I wanted to share with my

brother's and Sister's of our Sai Group. May Swami Bless us all Loka

Welcome back!

I must admit that the Birthday Celebrations of Bhagawan Baba have left us all

speechless...dumbfounded! So many people, so many flowers, so many colours!

Ain't it one of Bhagawan Baba's greatest (Leelas) Miracles!

Last year, after Baba's birthday ,I recall that Indian Airlines had to cancel

the flight from Parthi to Bangalore because we were only three passengers

booked on the flight- myself, my son and an Australian devotee. Not to mention

that still earlier last year, at Brindavan, the rooms reserved for VIPs were

not filled hence they were allocated to ordinary devotees.

Bhagawan Baba is the Director; you were given a role to play, Brother, and we

watched as envious spectators because for one reason or another, Baba did not

call upon us to act.

The Sheperd has gathered His Flock together again; those who have strayed a bit

farther, as we say in French-'ont recule pour mieux sauter...'
