Dear Brothers and Sisters

 

'The Power of Devotion' is the sketch offered by our Bal vikas little ones to

Bhagawan BABA for His 80th Birthday on Wednesday 23 November 2005.

 

This bouquet is inspired from that aspect of Bhagawan Baba's Teachings which

lays stress on the crucial need of instilling in the heart of our little ones a

spiritual and ethical outlook towards life and LOVE for GOD. The seeds of these

influences are sown by the MOTHER, nurtured by the GURU and are today the focus

of Sri Sathya Sai Balvikas programs throughout the World.

 

Two episodes from Srimad Bhagawatam were presented.

The first enacts the story of the young Bhakta Dhruv as he sets out for the

forest in search of the Lord and the second exemplifies the efficacy of

Spirtual Teachings learned by the young Prince Prahalad, son of the demon King

Hiranya Kashipu. Though of demonic birth , Prahalad could realise God because

of his samskaras, imbibed when he was still in his mother's womb during her

stay at the ashram of Sage Narad.
