The Night when You possessed me

Sai Bhakta Meera Bai

(At the Lotus Feet, a humble poem

- and bad translated =P -

for the Divine orange Robe)

In the Night when You possessed me

There it was Your Presence, Your dumb smile

telling me:

"Wait for me!

When the multitude is gone

There´ll be only you and me "

and my heart beated fast...!!!

There it was Your Presence.

My soul,

Crazy for your Love,

Weak in the jail,

Only found the freedom running away slowly

Through so many tears.

Weeping

Singing

And You there, calling for me...

Oh, Beloved!

Oh, My Lover!

That weeping was my most hurt one,

That singing was my most beautiful one,

And You,

Seduced,

Coming on

In wide steps,

Magnetic,

Piercing Eyes on me...

And my eagerness said:

"I am my Beloved´s,

And My Beloved is Mine"

And I fainted in Your Fondness.

And then, in that Divine Dawn,

I possessed My Beloved,

And My Beloved possessed me. ..

It covered me the body with the mist of His Smile,

It covered me the spirit with The Dance of the Fire…

It covered me the heart with the sweetness of His Fondness...

Oh!

The softness, the smell, the trembling of Your Presence

Had enslaved my senses.

Who am I and who are You?

If I am impregnated of You in myself,

And if You keep me in Your Heart?

I love You, Sathya Sai.
