Guest guest
previous year (1994) , he told : ------------- " Embodiments of Love! You deem this day as the sixty-ninth birthday of Swami. I have no desire to celebrate such birthdays. As I was coming, I was greeted by many wishing me "Happy Birthday". I am always happy. Why should anyone wish me "Happy Birthday"? Be happy yourselves. Your happiness is my Happiness. " ------------- On the occassion of the 60th B'day ( 23 November 1985 ) , he expressed thus : ------------- "I desire one thing from you. Develop brotherhood with all. Adopt right conduct always. Give up selfish activity.Welcome all chances to serve the illiterate and the poor." ------------- Now ...these appear to be simple to read ...but you must cognize the Truth of these deeply ... From all these profound statements, it is pellucid to reson out the evanescence of all material creation and our "mundane ---normal ---routines" formed due to social indoctrinations. We must come out of such social norms and implement what Swami says in REAL PRACTICE! And how many of us actually do so ???!! For example why not feed "8 to 80" people ( depend on ur pers capacity) on this 23rd Nov --- in lieu of backslapping each other and sitting in eacvh other's houses or ij well decorated and airconditioned rooms with piped music ---- on Baba's B'day ? Just go deep into this ....( in ur grey cells, i mean) ...and arrive and share your own insights ... thru practical and visible and tangible deeds ( with the poor and needy , i mean ) Ram RAM RAM Thank you & God bless. Guest guest
first'! Please let us stop 'judging' and 'advising' others. We ALL have a lot to learn. Also more than going into our 'grey cells' I would suggest we go deeper into our hearts! Once again please forgive me if I have offended any of my brothers & sisters but I simply had to share my views on this. Guest guest
Sai ram, I just wanted to say that I can think of nothing to be added or changed of what you said. I completely agree with your thoughts as well as the way you expressed them. So: " Please let us stop 'judging' and 'advising' others. We ALL have a lot >to learn." Let's keep on going "hand in hand" and help each other as best we can and in what ever matter it may be. all my love to this wonderful Sai family. Guest guest
You are right we should all engage ourselves in Seva (service). Service to Man is Service to God. But, please rest assured that we all ,Sai devotees ,do perform seva as part of our spiritual sadhana.Seva to Humanity or Community Service is one of the Nine Points of Conduct which we piously observe in all Sai Centres around the World. We do NARAYAN SEVA on every 23 of the month in the year. Moreover, everyday of the year ,we celebrate Bhagawan Baba's Birthday. And this by pouring out Compassion to fellow-men. In Mauriius, we have adopted Ward 9B at the Victoria Hospital where we are distributing necessities to patients on 23 november and ,surtout (mostly) distributing our love. You may wish to join us, Brother. As a patient or a visitor, you are welcome and we give you all our LOVE at the lotus feet of SAI anita
