SAI RAM. Bhagawan's Blessings will always be with you at all times.

 

Iam sorry that Iam a day late in answering the Two Questions that I posted

to you.

 

Why does Bhagawan give such importance to Thursday ?, Why does Bhagawan

always say that Thursday should Specially be reserved for Prayer and

Spiritual Meaning ?, Why Does Bhagawan specifically say that on Thursday

every Household should have Bhajans and that Spiritual Atmosphere should be

there in all households.

 

Bhagawan gave a wonderful exposition of the above in 1968 on one of his last

trips to Venkatagiri when Bhagawan said that Monday is the day when the Arya

or the God of Light and reliever of Darkness is all pervasive and is most

important, Similiarly Lord Shiva or Giver of Life is for Tuesday, Lord

Vishnu or The All Pervasive for Wednesday, Lord Subramanya the Son of Lord

Shiva for Friday, Lord Bhrama the Creator for Saturday and Lord Ganesha for

Sunday. Each of these God's Qualities are personified on Thursday and that

is why Thursday is most auspicious for everyone, it mixes all the qualities

of all the God's that is why this day is very importance and Spiritual.

 

In Venkatagiri in October'1967 Bhagawan was to leave for Dussehra when there

started some huge Downpours, very heavy rain that the district had not seen

before, It was almost a deluge that which the district had not seen before,

everyone feared the worst. Bhagawan was to leave anytime as there were some

conferences to be held in Puttaparthi at that time, Devotees had already

gathered at Puttaparthi. Bhagawan during on the pauses in the heavy to very

heavy Rainfall came out and saw for himself that the town had almost gone

underwater, The Rain was unrelenting, Bhagawan then gave an assurance to the

people gathered near the Raja's Palace where Bhagawan always stayed that it

will not rain anymore here, and Bhagawan would stay in Venkatagiri till

everything becomes normal in the Village. Nobody could belive it as

everybody knew that the worst was still to come as the rains were still

unrelenting, Bhagawan stayed there in Venkatagiri for 1 month, the worst

never came, After that day Miraculously there was no rain for 30 days,

Bhagawan personally went from street to street to supervise everything so

that everybody recovered and everything came back to normal, Bhagawan grace

and Love was seen by all, Those who were with Bhagawan in those days saw

Bhagawan's Divinity in full Bloom, Everybody there consented that there was

no way that the very very heavy rains would have stopped except by Divine

intervention, That Divine Intervention was Bhagawan's Grace, Everyone there

also experienced Bhagawan's Love when Bhagawan personally went to each and

every house to enquire about everyone and what they had lost in the heavy

rains, Bhagawan left just before the Birthday celebrations, leaving behind a

town full of happiness and joy which a month earlier was fearing the worst.

This was also the very very few instances when Bhagawan did not spend the

Dussehra celebrations in Prasanthi Nilayam, but Showed his Grace and Love to

a tiny village. If you go to Venkatagiri in one the wonderful Photo

Galleries in the Raja's Palace you will find Photos that Bhagawan had taken

with a person from every household in that Village. This is Divinity, Love

and Grace of Bhagawan.
