Early yesterday morning, Oct. 16th, twenty-one year old Shivanand (Shiva) Patraju, was killed when a hit and run drunk driver plowed into the car, in which he was a passenger. The Patraju family have been long time devotees of our Beloved Bhagawan Baba. Shiva, was a life-long devotee of Baba's, and had become a talented Tabla player. The entire Patraju family is grief stricken and yet hold fast to their faith in Our Lord Sai. The story of this incident can be found in the Oct. 17th editions of the New York Daily News and the New York Post. We will send additional information regarding services for Shivanand as it becomes available. Let us all pray, that the Grace and Love, of Lord Sathya Sai, will sustain the family in their time of grief.
