A devotee expresses his feelings before Baba in the following poem saying his

life is blessed to have His

direct view (darshan). What more he should demand from Him ?

****************

Vinati suno prarthana meri,

Shirdi ke Bhagwan.

Arhachan-badha door karo,

Aur purn karo sab kam.

Mai bhatka hu aur atka hu,

Band parhi hai raahe,

Mujhe barhavo Sai Baba,

Pakarh ke meri baahe.

He Shirdi ke Sai Baba !

Nazar inaayat kar do.

Mere bhi sune jeewan me,

Khushi-umang bhar do.

Dwarikamayi ke dwaar khara hu,

Natmastak hai mera.

Jo dena hai de do Bhagwan,

Bhakta khara hai tera.

Dhanya hua hai mera jeewan,

Tere dwaar aakar.

Aur kya mai mangu Sai,

Darshan tere paakar.
