Hi All,

 

Please help. I have heard that there is seven days katha of Sai baba

(containing seven chapters) which needs to be completed in seven days.

It would be great if someone can tell me the name of the book along

with pooja vidhi and also from where i can get this book.

 

Please help asap.

the name of the book is sri sai satcharitra(PARAYANA book) written by patti

narayana rao which is translated from original marathi script into english

and other indian languages. The book contains life history of shirdi sai and

His leelas. The book contains 52 chapters which will be completed in seven

days.

There is no hard and fast rules to complete the book in seven days. You can

read the book atleast one chapter daily(according to our convenience) so that

you can complete it in 52 days

It is not the question of howmany days you have completed it. But how much

you understand the subject. It requires quality of reading and not quantity of

reading the book.After completion of reading of the book you have to offer

rs.2/- to baba.

 

The book is available at shirdi sai sansthan book stall, Shirdi

The cost of the book is rs. 27/-

I have just read your messege(together with about 500 other accumaleted

messeges-as i have been away!!)-so...sorry if i am repeating this enquiry.

However, what really is interesting to me is the fat that u mention that we have

to offer $2 to sri sai baba. This is not a big sum but i have heard this for the

first time. where do u donate-as i have read (with baba's blessings) the sai

satcharitra but did not know of this donation.

 

Also, to the reader/writer who origiannly enquired about baba's book in 7 days.

Let me share a persoanl fact with u! I have been away for a couple of weeks and

during this time away- WITH SWAMI'S BLESSINGS- i completed the Late Dr Gadhia's

book- I DO RECOMMEND- i cried so so much whilst enjoying this bok and i must

tell u, it is only because of baba's grace that i managed to complete the whole

book within a week, i think!

 

It is mentioned in this book also, that Dr Gadhia prayes that whoever completes

this book within 7 days-may they get swami's blessings.

Ordinarilly, i would be caught up in work, housework...kiddies work and more

work! so routine of daily "seva" takes over! However, baba's grace, i enjoyed

of swami's books!

Dr Gadhia was and is such a humble soul......in the book, he does not mention

the "I"....he refers to himself as "this das"...it is a heart warming book

about his experiences with baba, prayer guidance and lots more...

 

I have met Dr Gadhia twice, once at my aunt's house and once when he was saying

a few words about swami on swami's birthday celebration. I did not have a

"chat" with Dr Gadhia on either of these occassions and feel hurt about that

now....I WISH i could have been able to chat to him....he is such a warm and

loving soul, may swami bless his soul and may swami give him all the love and

warmth.

 

Sai ram, i would chat more....but flew in early this morning and should be

catching up on my sleep-----in case i have reached swami and he replies in my

dream!!
