I am so glad that the prayer group is doing so very well. Many Many people NEED our prayers right now .. so many are in dire straights in one way or another. Also it brings out compassion for others in those who pray and brings all of us togeather as the family we are. Secondly, This has been an amazing time for me. My husband has suffered many setbacks .. physically, psychologically, emotionally. Even though he has lost his job .. I view this as Grace .. Swami does all for a reason and his timing is ALL his. I believe this with all of my heart. Swami has always said .. LOVE MY UNCERTAINTY .. Well .. thats like learning how to stand at the eye of a Storm all the time LOL But .. thats EXACTLY what Swami wants us to learn ... I am putting togeather a book on just this very topic ... Loving Swami's uncertainty .... Equanimity ... Being detached from all around you but fixed on God .... The power of Prayer... So ...I would really love some feed back, help, ideas, advice and quotes of Swami's from all of my Sai Family ... Keeping ones equanimity in times of trial and trouble is THE hardest thing .. especially when it concerns the things we each need to live .. I see through this prayer group just HOW many people are scared, frightened, nervous, upset, lonely and suffering .... Finding that Calm inspite of the Storm seems to be the theme of my life lately ... And I firmly believe .. others need to know how as well .. So if anyone has anything to offer on this topic .. quotes from Swami or can direct me to places where these quotes would be found. I would really appreciate it .. The books I have from Swami are not many but i think your request for help concerning the book is an interesting opportunity for us all to search for messages which can help all of us in these difficult days. So, I promise you I will look and see. I will surely send you some quotations. May Swami bless you and your near and dear ones allways, may He always speek to you, may His love always embrace you and guide you.
