Shri Vedanarayanan Sir of Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary School, Prashanti

Nilayam has been chosen to receive the PRESIDENT'S MEDAL (this is a National

Award for Teachers) in New Delhi on teacher's day, 5th September 2005 from the

Rashtrapatiji.

 

 

Let's all join in CONGRATULATING him. He has been a true and dedicated

instrument of our Lord. Those fortunate to be his students will fondly

recollect, his Sanskrit classes were among the best we attended. Those who

studied at School learnt either all or most of the Vedam (we know) from him.

Let's all pray Swami to bless him even more. For people in India you could also

watch the live Telecast of the Award Ceremony.
