The UAE Minister specially flew to Puttaparti from Bangalore on Saturday morning at 8.30 and went straight to Prashanti Nilayam. He met Sai Baba at Sai Kulwant Hall and conferred for an hour. Later, the Minister left for Hyderabad. Sheikh Nayan told newsmen that Sai Baba was not an ordinary human being but an incarnation of Sakthi.
