A devotee prays to Baba in the following poem

to correct his intellect & show him the right path

because he is still meandering & frustrated.So

he requests to forgive him & remove the

sufferings & dullness of his heart.

Aaj barha tanha hu,

Kuchh sujhta na rasta.

Shirdi Sai tu hi bata,

Kisase rakhu vasta.

Kidhar javu kaha javu,

Buddhi meri firi.

Mai abhi bhatak raha,

Sad-buddhi nahi mili.

He kripalu-dayalu Sai !

Daya karo kripa karo.

Mere man antash ka,

Dukh sab door karo.

Prarthana meri vinati meri,

Suno he dayalu Sai !

Door karo peeraye,

Udaasi jo dil me chhayi.

Jo kasoor maine kiya,

Uska barha afasos.

Maaf karo mujhe Sai,

Aap kyo khaamosh.

=========

=Today i am very much isolated.No any way is

seen to me.O Shirdi Sai ! you yourself let me

know to whom i should maintain kinship ?-------

=To which way & where should i go ? My mind

is upset.Still i am meandering.I have not got the

right intellect.

=O compassionate & merciful Sai ! be kind &

compassionate on me.Remove all the sufferings

of my inner heart.

=O merciful Sai ! hear to my prayer & request.

Remove the pains & dullness prevailing in my

heart.

=I am very much sorry for the mistake which i

committed.O Sai ! forgive me.Why are keeping

silence ?
