The amount of positive vibrations happening in this mail group for the last

couple of days has made me to send this mail to everyOne in this group. it was

happiness and excitement while reading that Swami has blessed the wonderful

initiative of global prayers started by Soumendra Bhaiyya. i've also read mails

speaking about how prayers have helped many like Soham. Equally inspiring has

been the news of seva activities pouring from around the globe including the

wonderful work undertakeb by the Mumbai sevadal.

For the last few weeks, there was this idea in my mind about the transformation

that has to occur in the world of business and organisations. This has to

happen, as part of His Sankalpa.

As the actions of present day corporate companies has its impact on a global

basis, any positive changes in the world of business will have a tremendous

impact on the lives of millions around the globe. In order to be instruments in

that endeavor of transformation, i was thinking about sending research

materials, documents, case studies, real-life examples etc related to the

concept of Spirituality in Business/Management to leaders in the world of

business, professors in business schools etc.

i've been mailing professors of the Top-10 business schools in US including

Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Kellogg, Sloan, Tuck, Haas etc. But this should

expand and should go across the globe, inluding B-schools in India. my belief

is that the positive transformation in the world of business should start from

this Yoga Bhumi of Bharat. If there are volunteers who can be part of this

process, we can take the messages throughout the globe.

Requesting your guidance, advise and inputs on this aspect.

Swami is the Universal Consciousness who is opening the trap doors to

consciousness recently, in all sectors. In Washington D.C. there are no

openings for Yoga and Meditation Centers. The waiting list is growing. Prayer,

meditation and Yoga is a part of Chronic Illness treatment from Hospitals, to

Jails and Psychiatric facilities. By teh time the articles of research becomes

a public awareness, it will be a decade. Times of New York had published

articles like Just Say Om on the power of God bound direction and realization.

Univ of Penn , Philadelphia, has Andrew Newberg, who is prompted by "god", whom

we is our Swami in the current physical form, has been revealing himself in PET

studies. He wrote a book "Why God won't Go Away"

 

I think everyone is aware of The Universla Consciousness. I feel, and this is

my opinion only,

that each and every Sai devotee need perfection of transformation at the

Individual level, and take Bhagawan's work with utmost sincerity to the public

and work with the love and unity to shimmer him through our work.

Dear Sri Ajit,

The Concept of Taking Bhagwan's message across to Intellectual and

Business heads is very Good and its our Duty too. I n Tamil Nadu/India

we presented the Book Man Management,

to selected Professionals who excel in their respective field. This

book , you may aware is a beautiful compilation of Bhagwan's

exclusive discourses to MBA students over a period of time .

To start with it would be appropriate to contact those who would be

pleased to receive, who have some inclination .I am not able to

perceive in the international context the spiritual inclinations of

CEOs in western world or the US of A. I was once talking to senior

Person from Swiss at Prashanthi Nilayam He was regrettfully narrating

the Materialistic Businessmen in His country .He was quoting some CEOs

of swiss multinational firms who are interested in nothing other than

their Bank Balances . However from your earlier message Series on

CEOs, we should conclude, this world retains lot of positive

vibrations and good values across various Cultures and Nationalities

and Professions.

We should never indulge with those who show even a bit of reluctance

or Hesitation. Then the materials will only go into the shelf and

gather dust.

On the occasion of Bhagwan's 80th year of avtar, this would be a good

project to undertake.

Bhagwan once answered someone in the interview - to his question,

why Swamy sometimes gives apparently special privileges to some VIPs /

Dignitaries/Businessemen

Bhagwan in His own inimitable style of Wit and Wisdom spontaneously

retorted- " If you catch a big Branch smaller branches

would follow."
