Guest guest
Om Sri Sai Ram. I give below an extracts from a email from a friend of Murali Krishna. I believe Murali Krishna is advised by Swamy to get hospitalised as a precaution. Let us all include Bro Murali also in our prayer group. QUOTE "Murali is a very very serious asthma Patient,it is a Heriditary Problem, He suffers greatly from severe breathlesness, he has had some very very major attacks and it is only because of Bhagawan's Grace and Blessings that he has survived, there have been many times when the Doctors have been amazed at his Recovery from very very Drastic Bouts after he had taken Bhagawan's Prasadam. That is why Bhagawan always givs him Prasadam........ His has been a Very tragic Life, His parents are very aged and prone to severe health problems, ........... Bhagawan has told Murali many times that he should take care of his Parents which he does now.... It is very difficult for him due to his Asthma Problem and also his parents, We all pray that by Bhagawan's Grace and Love he will be allright." Guest guest
We also need to do the needful to prevent Asthma attacks that reoccur through maintenance medication. MAjority of the times patients take meds as needed to control the symptoms of asthma and they do not take preventive care. In India and in the western countries preventive medicines ar eavailable. Asthma is a chronic condition and responds well when treated with good preventive care before the age of 9-10 years. The goals of treatment should be to prevent night cough and exertion induced cough and be able to run and participate in sports and physical exertion. If we do not take care, Swami take sthat Wheezing and suffers. I heard Bhagawan wheeze like crazy till his patient is in control ( I heard in the morning interview and it disappeared by the afternoon ). Long Term Prevention: 1. Montelukast or Singulair 10 mgms per day 2. Long acting salbutamol 1-2 puffs daily and 3.. daily inhaled steroid like Budacort ( In USA Advair is available) The medicines are some what costly but they prevent hospitalization. For Immediate care The Nebulizer machines for home use are available in India. They cost from 2500- 4500 rupees to buy out. The Asthalin ( Albuterol) nebulizaton every 2-3 -4-6 hours based upon the need is available. Sai Ram brother Murali, please see if you can get on to this regimen besides dust and pollen inhalation control measures with a face mask or so. I hope you do not mind the indulgence. I am openly writing to all in the group , as one of my wishes through my experience with the patients in the medical camp is that the local Samithi's get trained on teh Asthma management, through public education, and make the machines available through some controlled rental or medical facility avaialbility situation to help a breathlessness situation to the poor and the needy, who have an acute asthma attack. The relief from the immediate knowledge of early symptoms of asthma and it's medical management prevents morbidity, mortality and the unnecessary expense. In his love with gratitude for service opportunity Meena Chintapalli
