Guest guest
Sairam All, A Sai friend who has recently lost her loved ones in the tragic Bombing incident in London... has asked me to share this poignant message with everyone. Please take a couple of minutes to reflect on this....... With love & light, Madhvi IF I KNEW.......... If I knew it would be the last time that I'd see you fall asleep,I would tuck you in more tightly and pray to the Lord, your soul to keep.If I knew it would be the last time that I see you walk out the door,I would give you a hug and kiss and call you back for one more.If I knew it would be the last time I'd hear your voice lifted up in praise,I would video tape each action and word, so I could play them back day after day.If I knew it would be the last time, I could spare an extra minute or two,I'd stop and say ‘I love you,’ instead of assuming that you would know I do.If I knew it would be the last time I would be there to share your day, well I'm sure you'll have so many more, so I can just let this one slip away? For surely there's always tomorrow to make up for an oversight, and we always get a second chance to make everything right? There will always be another day to say our ‘I love You's….And certainly there is another chance to say our ‘Anything I can do's?’Tomorrow is not promised to anyone, young or old alike,And today may be the last chance you get, to hold your loved one tight...So if you're waiting for tomorrow, why not do it today? For if tomorrow never comes, you'll surely regret the day....That you didn't take that extra time for a smile, a hug, or a kiss, because you were too busy to grant someone, what turned out to be a last wish.So hold your loved ones close today, and whisper in their ear,Tell them how much you love them, and that you'll always hold them dear.Take time to say ‘I'm sorry,’ ‘please forgive me,’ ‘thank you’ or ‘it's okay,’And if tomorrow never comes, you'll have no regrets about today.- Author Anonymous
Guest guest
Really touching and so true! My heart goes out to the sister who lost her loved ones in the recent bombings. 'Tomorrow is not promised to anyone, young or old alike, And today may be the last chance you get....' We must genuinely try not take anything or anyone for granted; becos we do not know if tomorrow will EVER come for us to put things right. May Swami give her the strength & courage to go through these difficult days; and most important help her to forgive herself completely. The departed souls will be fully aware of her love for them and would never want her to go thriough so much anguish on their behalf. With love to all , P Reddy
Guest guest
Om sairam Madhvi, Every word is so true and heart wrenching I am still crying!I read this out at the dinner table and sister I must tell you - my 2 girls along with myself & their dad have made a pact never to go to bed with any unresolved feelings or issues. Please convey to the sister who lost her family that we are all with her and that Swami will definitely help her to come to terms with her loss as well as deal with her feelings. Thanks so much for sharing these profound words with us - it has certainly jolted my family into action. In fact every message of yours is so deep & thought provoking. May Swami always keep you and your family in good health, peace & happiness. In love of Sai, Vinaya

Guest guest
Sairam Madhvidi, Each & every word of yours is so true, words fail to express my gratitude to you for sharing this message. Although we are all aware of how all these worldly relationships are only 'temporary' - it is only when we actually lose a loved one and actually go through the pain & torture do we realise how far most of us actually are from this level 'realisation' . The day before my husband lost his younger brother tragically in a road accident, they had argued over something really petty & silly, and in a huff walked away from each other. It is now just over 5 years since the death; and in spite of constant japams & chanting odf the Lord's name, my husband still has not been able to forgive himself or forget that incident. May the Sai sister find strength & courage throuigh faith in our Bhagwan. I pray that Swami blesses you in abundance too sister Madhvi. You are a real strength and inspiration to all of us in this family. loves, Piyu x

Guest guest
Sairam Brother Ramesh, Thank you for your kind email....bless you!! How true....nothing except God is permanent! Although we ...His 'aspiring' children fully accept and believe our beloved Baba's teachings on the importance of detachment for spiritual progress....sadly most of us have a very Very long way to go to reach that blissful state......!
