The Sathya Sai School of Ndola, Zambia, has been awarded the International Gold

Star Award for Quality in terms of leadership, innovation, training, and

excellence in education. They received this precious trophy at an

international gala dinner at the Hotel Concorde, La Fayette, Paris on 30 May

2005.

As the heads of tha school, Dr. Victor-Krishna Kanu and his wife, Genevieve,

said, "Only Swami could have made this possible." Click on the picture of the

This "miracle school" --given that name by government officials who came to look

at it-- was started in 1992 by Victor and Genevieve Kanu. Right from the start,

they took only students who didn't fit into standard schools --they had been

failed, thrown out, etc. Many were trouble makers. Neverthess, in the second

year, the school had 93% passing on the national exams, and for the next seven

years, they had a 100% passing rate!

The Kanu's school, based on Sathya Sai Baba's idea of education in human values,

is truly a miracle, but one that can be followed in every other school in the

world, if education is based on sound human values and the teachers know that

they are to "teach a person, not a subject." Below, are some articles about the

Is it true are U required a computer teacher for sai organisation. if its true i can

proceed. i have 5 years experience in that area.
