Guest guest
Sairam brother! So many things keep happening to us in daily life....every moment the Lord would be protecting us like eyelids protecting the eyes. So many times, we do not notice that it is Swami and so many times we forget all that He has done to us! I suggest that all of us should keep writing such experiences in a diary and when one day when we read it, our heart fills with so much of gratitude and Love and we realize how caring our Lord is....like the mother who keeps watch of the baby even while the baby is sleeping.. Much light. ---------- Jatindar Shad <egreatindia Tue Jun 7, 2005 5:53am Re: [saibabanews] Re: A miracle on Monday morning Sai Ram I am in agreement with the suggestion that Baba devotees should write diaries of happenings. I may be permitted to add, that happening on a daily basis cannot be monitored, but take Baba dreams and darshans - record these in detail and see His Glory shine evertytime to read the entries. I have a withered notebook in which I have recorded Baba Dreams to me. This is on my bedside table. I record - as soon as I am woken by the Baba Dream. I have read those dreams again and again and am wonderstruck at the revelations in those dreams. For eg: Some 8 - 10 years ago, it was my hearts desire after receiving so much of His Love in painting the mandir in 1985, bringing our the SAILOGRAM in 1990 and then the Sai Silver picture in 1992 and Sai Gold picture in 1995, that there should be something that I can do on a regular basis - when this thought started coming - I had purchased a small picture of Baba's lotus feet on the silver cushion, for my shrine. From some where I found a piece of sandal wood and Mrs Shad had a small round grinding stone. So I started grinding the sandal wood on the stone, with water, every Thursday and apply on the Lotus Feet of Baba. Over period the application reformed, now i used a toothpick to delicately apply the paste in 'dots' to the lotus feet. Now, when this application had gone on for some years, I was wondering if Swami ever knew about it. One morning in a dream, I was sitting for Swami Darshan. Swami came with His robe flowing on His Lotus Feet. He came and stood in front of me. I asked Swami permission to do Padnamaskar. Swami said 'Yes - Do it'. I lifted His robe to reveal His Lotus Feet. And can you believe my amazement when I found the Lotus Feet of Baba to have Sandal Wood Paste 'dots' on His Feet exactly as I used to make on His picture in my shrine every Thursday. Swami knows everything - we all do. That is His Omnipresence. Needless to say the new 80th Year of Advent project was called SAI AT - AT standing for Always There - that is omnipresence - isn't it.
