Guest guest
Dear All, Sai Ram. Today I visited the site for the Yagna at Batu Arang, Selangor, Malaysia and spoke to the priests as well as to the temple chairman. The temple compound is very big and can easily accomodate more than one thousand people. The priest wrote the detail programme for the three days. The chairman of the committee was very pleased that we had chosen the temple and would give all necessary support for the success of the event. I think most of us are not familiar with the rituals and other activities that are supposed to take place. Nevertheless, every ritual is a culmination for the final event, therefore very necessary. It will be highy beneficial and rewarding for those who are willing to attend all the events. I am not giving here the details of the various poojas, however, the fliers shall carry them. On 16th June, the programme starts with Ganesha pooja at 6.00am. This will be followed by many other rituals that last till about 1.00pm. Evening programme starts at 5.00pm and likely to end at 10.00pm. On 17th, the programme starts at 7.00am and ends at 1.00pm. Evening from 5.00pm till 11.00pm. On 18th, the final prayers start from 6.30am lasting till 1.00pm and resume at 3.00pm till 10.00pm. This is when all devotees should be present to hear the chanting as well as witnessing the final offering. At the end, sacred water will be sprinkled on all. Everyday, lunch and dinner will be served for all. Please come prepared and hope all will be happy to take some responsibilities to make this call of the Avathar, an event of success. Thank you and Sai Ram. -- Vinod Naidu
