Teach the mind to revel in the glory and majesty of God; wear it away from petty horizons of pleasure. Bhajan induces in you a desire for experiencing the Truth, to glimpse the Beauty that is God; to taste the Bliss that is the Self. It encourages man to dive into himself and be genuinely his real Self. Once that search is desired, the path is easy. One has only to be reminded that he is divine..."- Baba - "You should sing wholeheartedly with the desire to please God. God makes no distinction between a proficient musician and a beggar in the street. It is the devotion and sincerity that matter. Merge your soul in the Bhajans you sing. Spiritualize your Bhajan singing. Then you will experience real bliss..." - Baba - Sai Bhajans I Sai Bhajans II Sai Bhajans III Texts Bhajans Alphabetical "Your life is a song on the Glory of God. Sing it with all your soul, sing it aloud, sing it in chorus so that the atmosphere polluted by the noise of greed, hatred, and envy can be purified by the holy vibrations..." - Baba - "Those who sing Bhajans get what can be called 'double promotion' for they derive joy and distribute joy. You can relish the Bhajan as you make it a daily function, like eating and sleeping. You eat twice a day for the upkeep of the body: should you not do Bhajan at least once for the upkeep of the mind?"- Baba - 4px solid; BORDER-TOP: #ffffff 4px solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ffffff 4px solid; BORDER-BOTTOM: #ffffff 4px solid" height="360" src=" " width="450" useMap="#FPMap3" border="0"> Swami's own Voice: Verses by Bhagavân S'rî Sathya Sai Baba,Beautifully set to music by devotees ['click the bhajan for reading text'] "The Lord can be addressed by any name that tastes sweet to your tongue, or pictured in any form that appeals to your sense of wonder and awe. Guest guest
Om Sairam. One of the best Bhajan CDs I have heard lately is 'ARPANAM' by the UK Devotees. The bhajans are absolutely beautiful and the music melodiously contemporary. You can obtain further info on ARPANAM at the SAIRAM site: http://www.ssso.net/ And you can also listen to the ARPANAM bhajan clips on: http://www.madhvisai.com/arpanam.htm In Sai Seva, P. Guest guest
Sairam Sisters Shereen and Doris, Yes, I would agree , the latest ARPANAM Bhajan CD and the VCD are absolutely divine and the 'technical' quality too is superb. Sister Madhvi's rendition of 'Aana hi Padega','Payoji Meine' and 'Sai Mere Ram Shyam' are abs beautiful - and now sung everywhere here in Kenya. May Baba Bless All of us, sis Rina Shah
