Aum Sri Sairam Brothers and Sisters,

We are pleased to inform all Sai Families around the World that you can with the

grace of our Lord view the Walk for Values 2005 on Sunday May 29, 2005 live

through the web cast at the website of Sathya Sai School in Toronto:

http://www.sathyasaischool.ca (click on web cast or go direct to

http://walkforvalues.com ).

Please open the site today to view last year's Walk under Archives (pictures,

movie, colorful floats etc.) also do not miss to view at the school website a

short television advertising prepared by the creative Sai Youth of Toronto

called "Add a touch of color to your life". Requires Windows Media Player.

The Walk for Values has once again become a National Event in Canada taking

place on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, and also in Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto,

Regina, Saskatoon, Fort McMurray, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver,

Abbottsford and Coquitlam.

The organizers here are now praying to Swami to make it a Global Event with the

participation of all Sai Families around the World. May we request you to be

part of this noble project sitting across the oceans by taking a pledge to

practice a value and also forwarding this message through your e-directory to

all the Centre Presidents and Sai Families in your country/state.

Lastly we would like to hear from you after watching the Walk by signing the

Guest Book at the web cast page.

Let us put "Love in Action" in every heart across the globe.

Jai Sai Ram.

You are cordially invited to join

the Grand 3rd Annual

Walk for Values

Sunday May 29, 2005

11:15 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.

Registration begins at 10:00 A.M.

Start and Finish at:

Malvern Recreation Centre (MRCR)

Sewells Road, Scarborough, Toronto

Please register online at: www.sathyasaischool.ca

How is this Walk different? This not a fundraiser. You will make the world

richer by pledging your commitment to practice values. Let us work to STOP

violence and bullying in our schools, drugs on our streets, gang wars in our

neighborhoods, and greed and corruption in our institutions. Your pledge is

not monetary, but a commitment to practice one value of your choice. We will

be walking unitedly and leading by example to promote values of tolerance,

understanding, respect, and good character. All participants in the walk are

encouraged to please bring non-perishable food items for donation to Food Bank

who will set up a booth at the venue: http://www.fyfb.com. See attached flyer

for more information.

Where do we walk? Participants will walk a distance of 4 km in Scarborough,

starting at the Malvern Community Recreation Centre (MCRC) where participants

will gather. The walk will finish at the same location where closing ceremonies

including refreshments will be provided. Please see direction map attached.

Where do we park? The starting point is the ball diamond adjacent to the Malvern

Recreation Centre. Drivers will drop off their passengers at the Registration

desk located there and park their cars as directed by volunteers. A shuttle

will be available at the overflow parking area.

Are there any fun activities planned for the Walk? There will be music, singing

of value songs, colorful floats and marching bands. Participating schools and

community groups are welcome to bring bands/musical instruments and to sing

appropriate songs. Fun activities and games are being planned at the end of the

Walk at the Malvern Community Recreation Centre (MCRC) where refreshments will

also be served.

How do we register? Registration and participation is free. Individual and

groups must pre-register on the prescribed form available at the school or

online. All participants will receive a bottle of water, and snacks and drinks

at the finish. Specially made souvenir T-shirts are available in children and

adult sizes at nominal prices.
