A couple of weeks ago my friend had told me that he will be taking me out for a baseball game. He told me that we will take the train and go to the game. After we spoke, I was very happy for the treat, yet had some feelings of anxiety because. I worried about taking the train. I do worry I admit but I was feeling more comfortable perhaps going by car because I did not want to go to the station at night. Though the station is safe and in a decent area, sometimes I get worried around that particular area of the town, and returning at night to the station made me worry more. I thought about it for a week or so and was thinking-it would be nice if we were going to an early afternoon game, or perhaps if we had a larger group of people as I would feel more comfortable, or perhaps not take the train and instead drive. I always thank Sai Baba for each new day and for the health and safety he provides my family and I. In addition, I always pray to Sai Baba for the safety and health of my family and myself. Saturday morning/early afternoon I prayed a special prayer to Sai Baba speaking specifically about the game, the train station, and my worries. At quarter to three I went outside and awaited my friend to come pick me up. I told myself not to worry because Sai Baba is watching over me and keeping me safe. I was in the driveway looking in my car. I heard his car coming up and I turned around... And behold...I saw sitting with him two other friends. He told me that we were driving to the game not taking the train. I can't describe how I felt at that moment and as I write this my eyes are watering. This moment to me was a "Why Fear When I Am Here" moment. Sai Baba is omnipresent and HE showed me that HE is there with me, watching over me, taking care of me, and protecting me. I believe that we have to do our part as well. Have strong faith in Sai Baba, be a good person, make responsible, safe, and healthy decesions, and be loving.
