The following prayer is offered to lotus feet

of Sai Baba, the emperor of Shirdi :-------

Shirdi ke Shahanshah he Sai,

Mai dwaar tummhare aaya hu.

Khali jholi hai kuchh bhi nahi,

Bas pyaar ka tofa laaya hu.

Kuchh armaan hai,kuchh khwaayise,

Kuchh aas ummide laaya hu,

Shirdi ke Shahanshah he Sai,

Mai dwaar tummhare aaya hu.

He Shirdi wale Sai ji,

Meri araj suno he Mahraja.

Tan-man bechain barha mera,

Mat der karo Prabhu ab aaja.

Lakho aate hai dwaar tere,

Man ki muraad vo hai paate.

"Sai ki jai------ Baba ki jai,"

Yeh jaykara sab lagaate.

Bas ek hamaari yeh vinti,

Sun lo he Shirdi Baba Sai !

Har-waqt tumhe hi yaad kare,

Jab sankat - vipada ho aayi.

Translation

=O Sai ! the emperor of Shirdi,I have come to

your doors.Ours bag (heart) is empty & having

nothing.I have brought the only gift of love.

=O Sai ! the emperor of Shirdi, I have come to

your doors bringing with us some of the desires,

some of the wishes, some hopes & expectations

=O Sai of Shirdi ! O Mahraja ! listen to my

request.My body & soul is very much perplexed.

Do not delay. O God, now you must come .

=Millions of people come to your doors and

they get their desires fulfilled." Jai to Sai,

Jai to Baba " this Jaykara ( holy slogon)

is said by them.

=Hear to only one my prayer, O Sai Baba of Shirdi.

Let us rememeber you always whenever we

face to any problem or defficulty.
