Guest guest Posted April 1, 2005 Report Share Posted April 1, 2005 Sairam dear sisters & brothers, Can anyone fill me in on, how to observe Mauna Vrata ( slience ) the proper way? I start with 3 OMs followed by gyaatri mantra & sai gyaatri.I then go into a few hours of slience and I end with the same prayers. What I need to know, is if I am allowed to do chores. I do not watch tv, or listen to any music.The only thing I do, is read one of swami's books, so as to keep my mind focused on spirtuality.Please let me know.Bhagwan's blessings to each and everyone of you.
