Guest guest Posted December 9, 2004 Report Share Posted December 9, 2004 Sairam, My brother & his sister-in-law are going thro' a lot and I would like all of you to pray for them. They just had twins - a month ago - it was pre-mature and the babies were in hospital. The babies had one or two surgeries and are back home but the boy child is very weak. Also, both of them are having some eye problems and they just had laser surgery. The babies are not even 2 months old and already had so many surgeries etc. You can imagine what the parents and grand-parents must be going thro'. They have been praying hard but these has been a very difficult time. I would request all of you to please pray for for a speedy recovery and good health for the babies. Thanks. Sadha is scheduled for theatre this morning - 11a.m SA time. They have to operate his stomach which is preventing drainage - thus the dialysis not to work. Pls keep him in prayer - We have done the things you mentioned below - we have been chanting The Gayathri Mantra & Aum TriAmbikam by his bedside. We pray that our Lord does the operation. My beloved Brother In law (my aunt's son in law) had a major problem with liver in which the Dr's said it was onlt 20% functional. He needed to have a liver transplant which in India had no success rates or unbelievably very low survival rates. Above all the transplant costed at least 2-3 lacs INR if I remember correctly. Swami gave me a thought to donate some money for the operation. During my prayers, I told Swami that I (on my BIL behalf) would do services and attend Sai sathsang regularly. It was during that time frame that I was enticed by Swami's teachings and magnificence. I had full faith that whatever Swami's sankalpa is for the best. Since then I have been trying my best to participate in all Swami's activities at HIS will. As always our beloved Swami shows that His WILL prevails. 2 years after this incident my Brother In law is out of bed leading his normal life....WITHOUT UNDERGOING the operation. Such is the Divine love of our mother. I just thought of sharing this incident which resembles closely to mine. "SWAMI'S GRACE AND BLESSINGS ARE ALWAYS WITH US. The end was very difficult & trying - but Swami is with us in the form of all our Sai Brothers& Sisters.
