Firstly, I have a friend who's mother just had a heart attack and is in the hospital. I ask that Swami please help her and thier family. Secondly, I have another friend who is very upset these holidays for many personal reasons and he is missing his family terribly. Please ask Swami to come to his aide as soon as possible so that he may go home to his family soon to see them. Thirdly, My husbands mother just died. His family is so cruel that they didn't even tell him that she was ill and they had the funeral home call him to tell him that she was dead. Please pray to Swami to take care of her soul and to help this very dysfunctional family and mostly to help ease my husband's heart over his loss. He's a good man ... who has always tried to do the right thing and has been scorned by his family for doing his dharma and standing up for the truth. I firmly believe that Swami is the living embodiment of truth. My husband has always defended the truth. I firmly believe that Swami will not abandon him now and with your prayers I know that he will come to his aide. Thank you so much for listening ... My Sai family is the only family that I have besides my husband and my children. May Swami bless everyone always and may everyone have wonderful holidays. Within the past month and a half, the angel of death has taken a lot of our friends and family. It is a hard situation to handle because we are so attached. The part about the family, that is truly sad. God gave man the power of reasoning and taught man how to love but in this kaliyug, man is living worse that the animals. The best answer is constantly chanting "LOKA SAMASTA SUKHINO BHAVANTU" and Baba will do the rest. Swami said recently don't only pray for your family and friends but pray for the entire world. Somehow our prayers reaches the wicked which transforms them to doing good things. Keep the faith strong and keep asking Baba for love, love, love. When you are engrossed with God's love, it will automatically transcend to your family members. Your faith and love will help your husband through this difficult time. God's love with you all. As suggested by other Sai brothers/Sisters, tell them to chant Gayatri mantra. Also the picture of Baba with the lingam is very powerful. My mother in law just passed away yesterday,,,,,,,,,,,,,so I can imagine what pain you are going through. As for family issues, tell your husband not to worry, Baba is constantly watching him. Baba never forsakes his devotees. We too are going through a very painful period but Swami is giving us strength along with the beautiful Sai family. It is not easy to lose a mother...............
