Guest guest
I am unclear about some concept so wanted to discuss with u all and wanted to clear my ideas about it. We all know that our karmas in this life decide our course in our next life. Now if this is to be believed then we all go to heaven or hell and will finish with our karmas either good or bad and are again born on earth to find our final deliverance ..... Then the question comes that if we finish with all our karmas then why aren't all of us are of same levels after we are born..... Why are we all different... why some are more devoted towards GOD while others aren't.... It could be said that this difference is as per our mind set in our previous life or because of our deeds .... Now if this is the case then it is also said that as per once performance in this life he would either go to heaven or to hell where we enjoy our fruits. Now the logical Inference that can be drawn is that the heaven and hell are no other location than our own earth... and hence the difference .... I might be wrong with my conclusion or have missed with some other part which is not clear to me... So i would like to ask u all this question ....... Where exactly is heaven and hell and what is it!!!! Please oblige me by solving my doubt. regards,Raghu.
Guest guest
Hi Raghu! I think your confusion stems from the Christian belief in heaven and hell as being physical places in time. This explanation was developed for people (such as children) who have a hard time understanding the concept of states of consciousness. In actuality, Jesus said that heaven was not a physical place, it was a "state of consciousness" which is what Hinduism teaches. According to Hinduism, our outer experience reflects our inner consciousness. As within, so without (cause and effect, or karma). If you type the phrase, "Kingdom of Heaven" into the Blue Letter Bible online it will bring up some parables where Jesus spoke about the Kingdom of Heaven. Kingdom of Heaven = Kingdom of God Luke 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. I hope this helps. Maybe someone can add more value for you by explaining further. saibabanews, Raghushridhar <raghushridhar> wrote: > Sai Ram To All, > I am unclear about some concept so wanted to discuss with u all and wanted > to clear my ideas about it. ..........
