The Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation has charted out various programmes in connection with the celebrations. A huge procession with caparisoned elephants and bedecked horses will be taken out on Tuesday with the accompaniment of Bhajans rendered by devotees. A huge throne will also be taken out in the procession. Huge cut-outs of Sai Baba have already been put up at various vantage spots in Vidyanagar and surrounding areas. The organisers have made it clear the people from all religions can take part in the celebrations. “Baba’s teachings have helped me to appreciate my own religion,” said Francis Xavier, a software engineer of Bangalore. “This is an opportunity for us to come together and show our appreciation."
