All that you see in the cosmos, the moving and the stationary objects, are

manifestations of the Atma. This Atma is called "Eruka" or Awareness. This

Awareness produces in every being the sense of "I-ness" and it expresses itself

as " I " or "Aham". When this " I " identifies itself with the body, it takes

the form of Ahamkara (ego). This is what is called Mithya or Delusion. What man

needs today is the resolve to realize the Atma, one's true self. Through

Atma-Jnana (knowledge of the self), man can experience Atma -Ananda (Atmic

bliss).- Baba
