Guest guest
dear brothers and sisters, i have received this small story from one Sai brother. it was in Portugues. I am trying to translate it to english . there is a very good moral or lesson to be learned by all of us. sesha maheswari Repairing the World...... " Once lived scientist bothered always with the problems of the world. e decided to find one way at least to minimize them. Used to spend days in his laboratory trying to find or invent some thing / way to resolve these problems of the world and the answers for his questions. One day, his son of 7 years old invaded in to his Sanctury (laboratory) decided to help his father in his work. The scientis became nervous because of this invasion of his son in to his laboratory disturbing his work. and tried to send him away to play out side some where else. Bur failed to do that, the father searched some thing to be offered to his son which can maintain the boy busy and divert his attension so that he will not perturbate him from his work. Suddenly he found the map of the world which he was searching! He cut the map in many pieces with one scissors and together with one adesive tape he gave to his son asking, -- ' son, do you like the puzzles to mount ? then, i will give you the world to repair. here is the whole world, all broken. try to repair it if you could, do it all alone! He calculated that the child would take many days to mount all the map. After som hours , he heard the voice of his son calling him calmly. -- ' father, father, i did it all already. i could finish it.' The father, at first did not give any attention to the word of the boy. This will be impossible for his son with his age to remount all the pieces of the map which he had never seen before. Reluctantly, the scientist diverted his eyes from his notebook with a certanity of the work of a child, bur for his surprise, the map was complete. All the pieces were mounted each one in its correct place. How is it possible? How the child could do it all alone? -- " you do not know how the world was , my son, how could you do it ?' -- ' Father, i do not know how the world was, but when you took the paper from the magazine to cut, i saw a figure of a man on the other side. when you gave the world to me to repair, i tried to repair it, but i could not. at that moment i remembered tha man on the other side of the paper. then i turned the pieces to the other side and started to repair the man, which i know how he was . and started to repair the man and when i completed to repair man i turned the paper to the otherside and saw the world was repaired.
