Guest guest
Yes yu are right that no one can have Swami's dream unless he wills it this is 100% correct.I will narrate a incident from Isaac Tigrett he said that his friend who was with him at Parthi had a dream about Swami- now he shared his dream experience with Isaac in a concised way and stating that dreams are not real so why bother. So now that very day Isaac and his friend got interview lo and behold Swami spoke to Isaac's friend about the dream-- He said " You had a dream in which i was present and I was in the middle your friend Isaac was in the left side your parents were standing beside you is that not right "--So you see His dreams are blessings as you rightly said- another incident which I was witness in the Interview room He spoke to a man and right away said I came to your dream two years ago, and then this man broke down and fell at his feet.Later outside the interview room I enquired about the dream incident, and he said that he had a dream where swami is performing his marriage and now that marriage swami is going to perform within a week at Parthi. So what He wills it happens- His Sankalpa -His dreams are true. Swamis Blessings to you all. Soumendra Denaz Roy <denazroy (AT) hotmail (DOT) com> wrote: Dreams of Swami are not just symbolic. Guest guest
sairam dear brothers and sisters, I am in gurgaon and it has been barely 2 years since I have known swami but have had some lovely experiences with swami. I have had the opportunity to sing 3 bhajans in front of swami in bangalore. But sometimes the distance gets onto me. Could someone please tell me some experiences which would remove those mundane doubts from me. I feel bad that despite having some beautiful experiences my mind still craves for physical proximity . :-( sairam . . .
Guest guest
Sai Ram Craving for physical nearness is natural. I remember people telling me years ago, when Swami was near to us at darshan, they still couldn't get close enough. Darshan is a bit like a carrot on a stick - you can get close for a little while but then the feeling disappears. I suppose its all down to getting an inside connection. But that's hard work for most of us. One needs to be ready for such an inward journey. Now that won't help you with your need to be closer. I can only say I know how you feel. Maybe the company of other kind open-hearted devotees would help you. Bhajans perhaps? I don't have any of that in my town so far away from India, but I take delight in doing my best in any way I can. I enjoy doing yoga and meditation and reading good books. Do my shopping from charity shops to help out. Little things for sure but it keeps the heart open. Guest guest
Dear Soumya , om sri sai ram Physical proximity to swami gives us much happiness, but swami says I am in your heart, we all must have faith and surrender to swami , he is always with us, call him and he will be there, his presence is felt everywhere, he has given darshan and sometimes vision, to his devotees who are in foriegn countries, here in Mumbai, in a sai devotees house in ghatkopar, so many miracles take place, on mahashivatri , shivalinga and padukas materialise and vibhuti and kumkum materialise continuosly , so wait baba will show himself close to you. mrs ikpoojary sowmya jandhyala <fd99078 > wrote: sairam dear brothers and sisters,I am in gurgaon and it has been barely 2 years since Ihave known swami but have had some lovely experienceswith swami. ...... Guest guest
Sai Ram, This is a great topic. We have to get beyond the form eventually. Baba has said about chanting the name that when you do so, you can visualize the form as you like. If you are in Puttaparthi though, you are eager for the form to look your way or to get physically close. But I do find myself very drawn to the physical. Its natural for the child to want to be close to the mother/father. Perhaps the more we can see and feel Baba in and around us the less we will feel the necessity to visit the form. After all Baba is love, so every time you express or feel love, you are in Baba's presence. Remember too that if your devotion is intense enough then the lord has to manifest for you.
