News for July 16, 2004

 

Today morning Bhagawan came out at 7:35 AM. After driving through

His regular Darshan route, He entered the portico from the gents

side, got down from the car near the interview room and went inside.

He called the ex-election commissioner of India, Mr. Seshan for

interview. In the evening, Swami came at 3:10 PM. At 4:10 PM, He

came out of interview room and sat down. There were three speeches

by boys followed by one from Prof. Anil Kumar. At 5:20 PM Swami took

Arathy.

News for July 17, 2004

 

Today morning Bhagawan came out for Darshan at 7:35 AM. After going

around the Darshan lines, He came to the stage and asked the Vedam

boys to stop the chanting, as it was time for them to go to college.

Subsequently, He proceeded towards the interview room in the car

itself. By 8:00 AM, He had gone inside. In the evening Swami came

out by 3:20 PM. After giving a full round of Darshan, He drove in

front of the Vedam boys,stopped the car on the stage, got down and

sat on His chair. Then the Vice chancellor announced that Prof..

Ramamurthy and another MBA student would speak. At 4:50 PM, Bhajan

started and Swami took Arathy at 5:10PM.

News for July 18, 2004

 

Today morning Bhagawan came out at 7:35 AM itself. He took a full

round on both gents and ladies side. He Blessed a few of the boys

who were celebrating birthdays and came to the dias and sat on the

chair. He enquired if there was any program. There wasn't any. So

the Veda chanting continued. In the meanwhile, He sent word for all

the contractors working for His new building to come. He personally

gave away beautiful watches to all of them! At 9:00 AM, He told the

Vedam boys that it was time for Bhajan. When the Ganesh Bhajan

started Bhagawan got up and went to Poornachandra in His car. At

9:20 AM, a message was received that Arathy should be taken.

Immediately after Arathy, Bhagawan came back to the Mandir, went

inside for His lunch. As He was coming out, He saw two overseas

devotees waiting for Him. They were returning home today. Swami

called them one after another and at 10:15 AM, He went back to

Poornachandra.Then He again called all the construction workers and

gave them all new clothes.

 

In the afternoon, Bhagawan came out at 2:40 PM itself. The boys had

not come. As there were programs by the primary school children,

Swami had asked the boys to vacate the main center hall. First Swami

asked two women devotees to speak - one was the Principal of

Anantapur campus and the other one was one of the old students of

Anantapur college. This was followed by a program called "I am I" by

small tiny tots. This skit was followed by one or two songs. Then

Arathy was taken at 4:35 PM.
