In the debate, students argue about human rights in the English language. Participants are also expected to do community service at a children's home in Batu Gajah. The preliminary round is from 19 to 23 at Olympia College, Ipoh. The grand finals will be held on July 25 at St Michael's Institution, Ipoh.
