jothi meitation can be pctised atany time whenever you are free,you

have tolight a ghee lamp or even a candle will do , you have to

place it eye level2 feet away and concenetrate on it look at it

without blikingthen you have to feel the holy light enting your

heart and then whole of your body and enlightening you .

A simple suggestion - for meditation - just read the Dhyana Vahini.

It is there at vahini.org.

 

Asking a question is OK - after you have read the book. But when you

read this Vahini - you will find many other questions that you have

not even thought to exist - will be answered by Swami.

In general, the best time for meditation is the early hours of the

day (three hours before sunrise, between 3 am and 6 am).
