Remember Swami's quotes Don't Worry - Be Happy Help Ever - Hurt Never Love All - Serve All Why Fear ? When I am Here Start early, Drive slowly, reach safely Do not think that you are your body. You are a soul (particle of God) and its aim is to reach God. Help your soul (with body) to attain its goal. Through body only Soul can reach God. When you think that you are not body, you dont care about money, status or worldly things.You will not suffer pain, loss or grief. You will be in union with God and in Bliss all the time. When some one hurts you (Mr.You, they cannot touch your soul any way), be unattached, do not even think about it. But you do not hurt any body as it gives sin to your soul. Whatever comes to you, take positive out of it and leave negative. Do not argue, Be silent if do not agree with what others are saying. Try to remove negative thoughts. Pray Swami for this. Chant Sai naam or Gayathri Mantra to remove negative thoughts in you. Thoughts are very important. Mind is always thinking and from thoughts words and actions generate. Please try to control your thoughts. Negative thoughts take away energy and positive thoughts give energy. Do not give up Sadhana. Swami will definitely listen to you. Pray and pray until he listens to you.(Please do not ask swami the worldly things - money, promotion etc etc, You do not know when you are going to die, why do u need money or status or some thing that sort). You can pray for peace of mind, spiritual progress, Darshan, Dream vision, Vibhuti etc etc. Rama nenu nee vadu, Rama naa to matadu (Rama Im yours, please talk to me). Try to find Swami every where and in every body. Hurry, Curry and Worry are main causes of unhappiness. Be patient, Do not hurry for any thing. Eat satwik food. Do not think that vegetarian food is satwik enough. Limit spices, sour (pulupu in telugu) and also quantity. As swami says any thing that grows at the root is not good (potatoes etc), Indians have to balance rice and wheat. All rice or all wheat is not good. The solution for worry is contentment. The person with contentment is the most happiest man in the world. Control physical, verbal and mental tendencies Physical - injury to life, theft, adultery Verbal - lies, false alarms, cruel speech, envious talk Mental - greed, envy, denial of God. Try to help others, but do not compare yourself with others. Have contentment.Whatever happens is good for you. Do not feel proud. God has sent you in this world with a camera attached to you. Whatever you do is recorded. Please remeber this all the time. The above points are taken from Swami's discourses and Satyopanishad.
