Guest guest
the 3 speakers of the evening. The first one, Sri Ranganath Raju of Post Graduate class spoke in telugu. Then, Sri Sanjay Mahalingam of final year MBA spoke in English. Finally, Sri S.V.Giri Vice Chancellor of SSSIHL spoke in English. Swami started His Discourse at 4:50 p.m. and spoke till 5:40 p.m. He said one should look for God within and search for Him outside. He said all are one and to think God is different from us is a mistake. He said the all are one and one should develop this mentality. He ended the discourse with two Bhajans, Hari Bhajana Bina and Govinda Krishna Jai. Mangala Aarathi was performed at 5:40 p.m. and Swami sat down after the aarathi. He asked Sri Anil Kumar to announce that the subject he spoke today was difficult to understand and the boys can write their doubts after their exams (their exams go on till 31st of this month) and give it to Swami and Swami will personally answer them! Swami sat till 6 pm and then left for His abode at Poornachandra Hall. Source: http://www.kingdomofsai.org/2004/NEWS/NEWS20040321.html Copyright© Kingdom of Sai Website: www.kingdomofsai.orgDo you ? Guest guest
It is so good to read the daily events at Prashanti. For a few moments it feels like you are amongst the crowds and in a different world. I have read several times now that when Swami gives darshan, there is Vada chanting instead of the usual darshan music. Is there any significance to this change and where can we hear or download the Vadas chanted at Prashanti? Neeta
