It was my bday on the 10th of march and we were going to the remand home for mentally challenged on sunday. As it was ugadi time and my bday thought I must do something more meaningful. So apart of the normal menu of sambar rice, i wanted to buy them someyhing more but i found out that it was too expensive to get something for 200 people. So i only prayed that baba must take care. If we are His true instruments, He must provide the resource too... when i reached the place, the youth girls were already in the midst of bhajans. I reached just in time for the arathi and I bumped into a man who said sairam and smiled at me....There were so many thoings, 4 differnt types of sweeets, cakes, papads, bananaas....it was this man who got it and asked us to distribute and he left.....No one knew Him as we have been there for the last 1 year we are familiar with the visitors also.... I almost cried when i got the oppurutniy to serve these items with our own hands. that man had got enough and extra food, delicous and all that we could not get...it was as if swami reassures, you take 1 step towards me and i will take a 100....... someone had also got calenders for the youth girls to be distributed which swami had blessed. In that there were 5 shirdi baba ones with swami's signature....since there wer only 5 I gave it to all and only hoped that there was 1 I could carry backk home....my conscience wouldnt allow me to keep 1 for myself first and then give it to the others....today being a thursday, my friend whom I had given a copy of the calender returned back the one i gave her saying that she had received the same copy yesterday and knew I didnt have one....Baba had put in a word saying that "it is meant for my special people" when they took it for blessings.... I was moved by todays experience.... Thinking about it deeply when i went home i realised baba had acknowledged our work for the last 1 year and last sunday was exactly a year...he sent his prasadam (calenders blessed...) and all the girls felt him immensely in our sisters that particular day.... indeed one has to only look inward to find him seated and transmitting his love to all the ones who need.
