MANGALA SUBHA CHARANA

(HEY) NANDI VAAHANA NAAGA BHUSHANA (2)

(SAI) NIRUPAMA GUNASADANAA(2)

NATANA MANOHARA NEELAKANTA SAI(2)

NEERAJA DALA NAYANAA(2)

 

Translation:

O LORD SHIVA, CONSORT OF GOWRI

THE ONE WHO BEARS GANGES IN HIS MATTED HAIR

O CONQUEROR OF DEATH, SUPREME GODHEAD

YOUR FEET ARE MOST AUSPICIOUS

WITH THE BULL AS YOUR VEHICLE

AND SNAKES ADORNING YOUR BODY,

YOU REVEL IN THE COSMIC DANCE

O BLUE THROATED ONE,

O LORD WITH EYES LIKE LOTUS PETALS!
