Thought for the day - As written at PRASANTHI NILAYAM Today

8th December 2003

 

Man has set down certain modes of behaviour in all lands and

communities in order to secure orderly and smooth running of daily

life. These have proved to be beneficial by centuries of practice.

Since they have become a part of the code of conduct, they are also

described as discipline. In every community there have appeared off

and on, great personalities who shaped and burnished the codes and

adapted the details to the needs of the times.
