Guest guest
Namaste Linda, Do you have AOL Dial-Up? or AOL DSL? I do not know about DSL. But, if you have AOL Dial-Up, you are paying way too much. I switched to www.allVantage.com Dial-Up about two years ago and the cost is 1/3 of AOL and works much better; without all that updating and other nonsense; I use AllVantage simply for the Dial-Up connection; for email I use FREE which is very good; and so far, for browser IE but will be downloading FOXFIRE soon per Mike's suggestion. One word of caution; when you are ready to drop AOL, be persistent and very clear; they do not like to let people go and will offer you all sort of stuff which you do not really need; and may try to charge you for an extra month. Good Luck.
