The first thing i tried was to go to the Tools-Internet Options menu and pick the security tab. I then dropped the settings to "default" level. Still no video. Dear Mike ~ I am an AOL user, and have never had any problems viewing videos, listening to music, etc. Now I am getting the Activex Pop-up. Like you say, if I click on it nothing happens, and then a Quicktime "Q" image appears in the video screen with a bit question mark on top of it. Why does the Activex pop-up come up on an AOL screen? I don't get it. If I install Firefox or Netscape, then wouldn't that mean I would be going through one of them and not through AOL? Confused and wanting to see the Amma videos ~ Silver City, NM, > Linda Hi Linda, You can log in using AOL, then open a Firefox (better than Netscape, IMO) window and browse the net using Firefox. The AOL will have to remain open like a dummy window; you can use it for AOL chat if you wish; for browsing, you can use either Firefox or AOL. assume you will use Firefox. I know this works because I was an AOL user once. I also think Firefox should solve your problems here and in the DM video links! . you will get Firefox for free at www.download.com (need to click through a few more links once you are there).
