Guest guest
Namah Shivaya, This Wednesday I plan to cook vegetarian Indian dishes for the clients where I work. I would like to prepare carrot raita, a potatoe & pea stew, or yellow lentil dahl, & ???? Does anyone have any suggestions or recipes? The food will need to serve about 15 people, give or take a few. Also, if anyone knows of a counselor who can also cook, there's an open position in Santa Cruz, CA. Thank you, Sweta
Guest guest
Om Namah shivaya. You can look at the website www.bawarchi.com. Look under Saroj's cookbook. If you want, I can look up the cook books I have at home, and type the recipes you need. Namashivaya.
