I like to watch Dr. Phil. Recently on several programs, where he has had couples who are on the verge of divorce or already divorced, but considering reconciliation, he has two statements he has made. (Also, as a side-bar, quite often, it is the pursuit of the "American," got-to-have-it-all lifestyle that has gotten these folks into trouble in the first place.) So he will advise them to sell their big fancy cars, and even their big fancy houses if need be. The two statements he has made in these interviews are: "I'd rather be living in a tent and be happy, than be living in a mansion and be miserable." "I'd rather live in a trailer and... etc." Even though I am aware of Dr. Phils humble beginnings in an impoverished home with an alcoholic father, I'm pretty sure he's never lived in either a tent or a trailer, unless it's been for a vacation jaunt. I am on the verge, if I hear this one more time, to send him some pictures of the inside of my trailer, and invite him to come spend a week. As you indicate above, someone may fantasize or visualize living in cave or doing tapas in the forest with only leaves for a bed, or one may refer to the trailer/tent analogy, but if they haven't been there, they really don't know. As for me, I've had enough of enjoyment in my trailer. : ) Best ~ Linda
